The Brief

Lanes is a logistics platform connecting truck drivers with freight brokers, think Uber but for truckers picking up loads. I worked with the founder to develop a design concept that would improve the overall user experience and modernize the brand. My goal was to redesign the experience with UX principles in mind, propose a new brand identity, and deliver a concept that felt polished and production-ready.

The Brand

The design direction was inspired by Airbnb, clean, approachable, and easy to navigate. The goal was to move away from the heavy, industrial feel that logistics apps often default to and instead create something that felt intuitive and trustworthy for everyday users.
